Have you ever needed to do something you didn't want to, and all of a sudden cleaning the house seemed super important? Or maybe you have so many things to do that you have decided to watch something, or read something, or surf social media to make you forget how many things you need to do?
I know that I have done both of those things. I think it might be a good idea for me to try to pay attention to see if I am distracting myself to avoid something. It's easy to forget what I have learned before. If there is something I am dreading, it is best to do it as soon as possible. That way I am not carrying around the dread of whatever I am avoiding.
