Tradition!

Wide.  The Thankful turkey.

It is kind of a bummer that you can't tell how wide the turkey body is.  We made him white this year and so he blends with the door -- except the feathers!

I was going to stop doing the turkey this year and try something else, but Dan said he loves the thankful turkey.  I even tried the idea of individual thankful turkeys, but that is not the tradition!  When I told Tia we almost didn't do it she said, "Mom!  You can't stop the family traditions!" So here is our bright colored turkey reminding us that we have a lot to be grateful for!
